On September 26th and 27th, over a hundred abolitionists and representatives of various organizations met in Bonn to discuss the introduction of the Nordic Model in Germany.
Guest speakers included the historian Kerstin Wolff, who gave an exciting lecture on the roots of abolitionism in Germany, and the Swedish special ambassador for combating human trafficking, Per-Anders Sunesson, who reported on the experiences with the Nordic model in Sweden and other countries. Alice Schwarzer (Editor-in-Chief of EMMA), Leni Breymaier (Member of the Bundestag), Inge Bell (TERRE DES FEMMES) and Sr. Dr. Lea Ackermann (SOLWODI) championed the Nordic model with both inspiring and passionate words. In the 13 workshops from the various areas of society, demands were drawn up that are important prerequisites for the implementation of the Nordic model.
These are demands developed in the workshops and do not reflect the demands of the Nordic Model Alliance.
