The AG Studies has intensively dealt with various studies.
Here come to the study overview on the effects of the Nordic model.
The Criminological Research Institute Lower Saxony eV (KFN) carried out an evaluation of the criminal law provisions to combat human trafficking reformed in 2016 from November 1st, 2020 to September 24th, 2021.
The study comes to the conclusion that the overall goal of improving criminal prosecution by revising the criminal law provisions to combat human trafficking has not been achieved.
The evaluated statistics do not result in an increase in the number of cases, criminal proceedings or conviction rates,
An improvement in criminal prosecution practice in human trafficking is therefore not to be expected.
The AG public relations regularly serves the social media channels and
publishes one once a month Newsletter.
